We offer a one-time free ring resizing within the first year of purchase. To resize your ring, send us an email with details of your purchased ring and the new ring size. To know more, read our ring resize policy .

Q: How do I return my order?

We offer 30-day, no-questions-asked free returns on all diamonds and jewellery products (including those from the Create Your Own range and all fine jewellery products) except for bespoke customised pieces. To learn more, read our return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, our team is here to resolve your concerns.
